How do I book and prepare for my first class?
The studio’s published policy says classes must be booked and paid for in advance. They are not drop-in classes. Check the current booking rules for your chosen class.
New clients must arrive 5 minutes before class begins to sign the waiver and get set up. New clients who arrive late will be denied access — no exceptions.
What do I need before a group class?
To book a group class, you must have reformer experience or have taken a private class with Karina. Ask the studio where to start. Book private sessions by phone, directly with the instructor. Private sessions cannot be booked online.
- Grippy socks are mandatory — no exceptions — and are available at the studio.
- Please use the NORTH entrance to the building.
What are the cancellation and purchase terms?
