How do I prepare for my first visit?
Bring grippy socks, arrive 5 minutes early if you are new and use the NORTH entrance at 7411 Biscayne Blvd. Read the complete arrival guide before you visit.
Bring grippy socks
Grippy socks are required, with no exceptions. Bring your own; socks are also available at the studio for $20.
Arrive 5 minutes early
New clients need time to sign the waiver and get set up. New clients who arrive late will be denied access.
Use the NORTH entrance
Enter 7411 Biscayne Blvd manually in Google Maps. If you reach the elevator or lift, go around to the NORTH side of the building.
